Karrie Larson is the Broker/Owner of Larson Park Realty, where she represents clients in commercial and residential sales, purchases, leasing, and property management.
Featured in the Tallahassee Democrat (July 14, 2025) for “Commercial Real Estate Update: As Big Box Brands Buckle, the Three A’s Can Save the Day,” Karrie brings a strategic, results-driven approach to every transaction.
Her passion for real estate began in 2003 with the purchase and management of her first investment property, an experience that laid the foundation for her long-term commitment to building value and opportunity for her clients.
While growing her real estate business, Karrie built an accomplished parallel career as a Certified Paralegal, serving in respected roles with top-rated law firms, the Florida Capitol, and the Florida Supreme Court. This legal background continues to inform her precision, attention to detail, and contract expertise.
Following her tenure at the Florida Supreme Court, Karrie was recruited to serve as National Director of Real Estate for a publicly traded corporation. In this role, she led commercial retail and land site selection, agricultural zoning initiatives, construction and facilities operations, and large-scale expansion strategy. Over a three-year period, she successfully closed transactions across 11 states, including 44 counties in Florida, helping grow the company from 28 locations to more than 300.
Since 2023, Karrie has focused exclusively on leading and expanding Larson Park Realty, driving growth through the development of systems, talent, and client-focused resources.
She currently serves as Commercial Director on the Board of Directors of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors® and is a Member of Leon County’s Advisory Committee for Quality Growth on behalf of the Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce. Karrie is also actively involved with the Wakulla Chamber of Commerce, Monticello-Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, Economic Club of Florida, Capital Women’s Network, Tallahassee 100 Club, and Network for Entrepreneurs & Business Advocates.
Her community involvement includes support of Tallahassee State College, where Larson Park Realty proudly served as
Cleaver & Cork’s First-Ever Tasting Plate Sponsor, as well as Second Harvest of the Big Bend, Big Bend Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Lighthouse Children's Home.
Carol Ann Williams
Broker Associate | Realtor® | Asst. Property Manager
Carol Ann brings 45 years of real estate experience to Larson Park Realty, including 24 years as Broker/Owner of Coastal Gems Real Estate, Inc. Her background includes residential real estate, coastal properties, interior design, construction planning, and real estate investing.
A graduate of Florida State University in Interior Design and Business, Carol Ann combines creativity, market knowledge, and decades of industry experience to help guide clients through the buying and selling process. She is committed to continuing education and recently completed coursework in Senior Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Core Law, and Condo and Homeowner Association Law.
Carol Ann is actively involved in the community through the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Coastal Optimist Club of Wakulla County, Rivertown Community Church, and LegalShield/IDShield. In her free time, she enjoys boating, sewing, playing the piano, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Jane joined Larson Park Realty in April 2017, and she specializes in residential sales and purchases and supports major development projects for low-income housing developers across the state of Florida.

With over 10 years of experience in administration and operations management, Lori brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and efficiency to our team. Lori is always willing to step in to get things done with a great attitude and a smile!
Throughout her career, Lori has demonstrated a strong ability to streamline processes, improve organizational workflows, and support cross-functional teams with precision and professionalism. From managing day-to-day logistics to optimizing backend operations, she consistently ensures that everything runs smoothly—on time and on budget.
Lori’s dedication to operational excellence and collaborative leadership make her a valuable addition to our team.
During her “spare” time, Lori enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and playing with her dogs.
Eric Larson
CIO | CFO
Eric has been with Larson Park Realty since its inception in 2014. In his role as CIO, Eric handles all IT implementation and support. Additonally, Eric is also the CFO, ensuring company finances and growth are on track.
