Karrie found her joy for working in real estate with the first investment property she purchased and managed in 2003.
While building her real estate business, her primary career was serving as a Certified Paralegal in various esteemed roles at top-rated law firms, the Florida Capitol, and the Florida Supreme Court.
Following her tenure at the Florida Supreme Court, she was recruited for the pivotal role as the National Director of Real Estate at a prominent, publicly traded corporation. In this capacity, she honed her expertise directing commercial retail and land site selection, agricultural zoning changes, construction projects and facilities management, and she successfully closed deals in 11 states, including 44 counties in Florida, bringing the company from 28 locations to over 300 in just 3 years.
Since 2023, she has solely focused on and managed Larson Park Realty, supporting and continuing its consistent growth with additional staff and resources.
Karrie currently serves as the Commercial Director on the Board of Directors of the Tallahassee Board of Realtors®, Leon County's Advisory Committee for Quality Growth, and she is actively involved with the Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Greater Tallahassee Chamber of Commerce, Wakulla Chamber of Commerce, Monticello-Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce, Capital Women’s Network, Tallahassee 100 Club, and NEBA.
Her volunteer and community support efforts include active involvement with Tallahassee State College, Second Harvest of the Big Bend, Big Bend Habitat for Humanity, Make-A-Wish Foundation, and Lighthouse Children’s Home.
Carol Ann Williams

Always in a good mood, Carol Ann joined Larson Park Realty for help, expertise, and excitement! Previously, she was Broker/Owner of Coastal Gems Real Estate, Inc., for 24 years and has been a Realtor® for 43 years. Always learning, she recently completed courses in Senior Real Estate Specialist, Real Estate Core Law, and Condo and Homeowner’s Association Law.
She originates from Cincinnati, Ohio, went to High School in Huntsville, Alabama, and graduated from Florida State University in Interior Design and Business. She was married to Tom Williams, a Master Craftsman Contractor and they had two children, Jacob and Ashley. She drew house plans for St. George Island while her children were little, then went into Real Estate. Later in life, she married Jeff Vonier, and they enjoyed building and investing in Real Estate.
She belongs to Tallahassee Board of Realtors, Coastal Optimist Club of Wakulla County, Rivertown Community Church, and she is a Director on the Board of River Plantation Estates.
Her hobbies are sewing, playing the piano, playing cards, traveling, and visiting her grandchildren.

Jane joined Larson Park Realty in April of 2017. She specializes in residential sales and purchases and supports major development projects for low-income housing developers across the state of Florida.

Eric has been with Larson Park Realty since its inception in 2014. He handles all IT support and Accounting for the company.
